Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any business-related course
  • With 1 to 2 years of work experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • With good oral and written communication skills

Job Overview:

  • Reads and screens incoming documents, and makes preliminary assessments of the importance of the documents
  • Composes letters and memoranda in response to inquiries, as directed by the Department Head/ Executive Officer
  • Reviews, proofreads, and edits documents prepared prior to the signature of the Department Head/ Executive Officer
  • Organizes corporate meetings and orchestrates conference calls
  • Performs other tasks that may be required from time to time
