IMPORTANT: You must have Australian Accounting (Australian GST, BAS, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, AP/AR) experience to be considered for this role.
These include but are not limited to the below items. Initially, targets will be set in each category to achieve via the Objective Setting Form as allocated and agreed weekly. Your accountability is to deliver all department outcomes daily, weekly, and ultimately monthly in line with our organization goals & establish a streamlined process:
- Bank Reconciliations for all NAB bank accounts, Stripe, Afterpay, Amex and Visa for all group of companies.
- Xero posts from bank feeds to General Ledger
- Reconciliation of Expenses to Company Cards via Xero Expense Claims module
- Reconcile Sales to bank accounts and merchant accounts
- Maintain Xero General Ledger
- Reconcile Accounts Payable Control Account
- Reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts and Profit & Loss accounts as required for monthly review
- Create and Maintain SOPs
- Accounts Payable function up to payment file upload status
- Accounts Receivable function including Debt Collection
- Inter-company invoices to issue and reconciliations to maintain
- Ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the general ledger by completing accounting entries and reconciliations in preparation for end of month Management Reporting
- Preparation and analysis of accurate daily, weekly, monthly and yearly financial reports and reporting to key internal stakeholders within the management
- Provide financial modelling support for Financial and Cost Accounting
- Australian accounting experience is required
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience
- Proven experience with Xero
- Experience in bank reconciliation, general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivables and bookkeeping is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have great attention to detail, accuracy, ability to follow process/system
- Must be proactive, highly organised and self-motivated
- Knowledge and experience in accounting for companies, partnerships and trusts
- Motivated to continue learning and progressing in their career
1. Monthly Salary: Php 55,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6-months probation
6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Annual Appraisal
8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES: 6AM to 3PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
