Position Overview: We’re looking for a seasoned Sales Specialist with experience in the website design and development industry, specifically targeting restaurant franchising clients. The role involves cold outreach and relationship-building with management and C-level stakeholders to promote ITW’s website development services, with a special focus on consumer-facing and franchising websites. This is a remote position, reporting to the Director of Sales at our Toronto's office, with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm EST.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold outreach to C-level executives and decision-makers in the restaurant franchising industry.
Present ITW’s expertise and value in developing branded consumer websites and franchise portals.
Provide consultation and gather project requirements, translating them into actionable briefs.
Collaborate with ITW management, creative, and technical teams to develop accurate project estimates.
Assemble compelling visual proposals and present them to clients.
Close new business and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales within website design/development or digital marketing.
Familiarity with the restaurant franchising industry is highly advantageous.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in proposal creation, client presentations, and consultative selling.
Ability to work remotely, adhering to a 9 am to 6 pm EST schedule.
