We are looking for a meticulous and organized Accounting Staff to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate processing of warranty claims through the warranty system. If you have an eye for detail, a background in accounting, and the ability to work efficiently with documentation, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note: This position will be office-based for a 2-week training period, after which it will transition to a work-from-home setup.

Responsibilities

  • Review documentation and file claims for warranty reimbursement through the warranty system.
  • Record credits from Suppliers for warranty claims, including parts invoices, service invoices, and marketing credits.
  • Reconcile credits received with submitted claims to determine if differences require refiling or should be expensed.
  • Submit exceptions that cannot be recorded or have significant differences at the end of each shift for further investigation.


Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • College graduate with an accounting background
  • Proficient in computer skills, with Microsoft Office experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience
