We're looking for Social Media Manager for our Cavite site!

What will you do?

· Be trained and master all Schneider Electric social media practices and platforms

· Oversee and guide the work of one or more Social Media Specialists focused on social media execution/publication

· Define and own social media strategy

o Define social media objectives under context of communication, campaign, business, and division objectives.

o Build and activate a social media strategy per campaign and overall PS&S division (not just tactics and calendar) that supports the individual PS&S global marcom campaigns and their businesses, and is aligned to thought leadership objectives and the Digital Marketing and Web team’s objectives.

o Give performance- and objective-driven recommendations for social media actions to communication specialists and campaign leaders

o Be the Single Point of Contact and internal ambassador of PS&S social media. Participate, work closely, and enforce the guidelines and rules defined by Schneider Electric’s global SM leadership team

o Maintain and regularly update knowledge of latest social media trends, tactics, and conduct and review competitor analysis to gauge effectiveness of our SM strategy and revise as necessary

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree graduate
  2. Experience:
  • 5+ years specialist social media experience - external, internal, in house or agency
  • Proven record of effectiveness in developing, implementing, managing and measuring social media strategies - successful candidate should be able to demonstrate successful outcomes from communications activities where they have conceptualized, developed and executed a social strategy and media plans.
  • Small team leadership experience
  • Communication expert with strong written and verbal communication skills: capacity to write and articulate engaging content and well-crafted messaging aligned with EM and its divisions.
  • Strong presentation / advisory skills - clear, concise thinking and sufficient gravitas to deliver meaningful advice to leaders on communications strategy in a timely manner.
  • Strong project management skills - able to organize work in a methodical and rigorous manner, but equally comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn the “nuts and bolts” of the businesses our division global marketing team exists to support
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Passion for storytelling, learning and a commitment to quality and excellence
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and basic photo and video editing skills.
  • Willing to work in Cavite, hybrid work set-up.
