Overview

We are looking for an HRA Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This position is highly accountable and reports directly to the GM. S/he will manage the human resources and general affairs by administering company policies and procedures, its rules and regulations, and other administrative programs. S/he is also responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating functions related to the organization’s employees and contractors. S/he will collaborate with top management on strategic workforce planning and serve as the organization’s link between management and employees/contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommends and administers timely and responsive policies and procedures for the proper guidance of all employees in the organization.
  • Handles the employees’ relations of the company to avoid disruption of business Operations and minimize and/or control labor problems of the Company.
  • Administer and implements all employee communication, sports, recreations, social events to foster teamwork, camaraderie and harmony.
  • Liaises closely with officials of the local government agencies to comply with the Government regulations, i.e. DOLE, LLDA, PEZA, SSS, ECC, Pag-Ibig, LTO, Police and Fire Departments.
  • Recommends and supervises contracted services of the Company like manpower Agency, HMO, Canteen, Shuttle Services, etc.
  • Administers approved rewards, awards and recognition program of the company. To keep motivation high among employees.
  • Administers approved vehicles program and vehicle insurance claim of the company.
  • Handles employee benefits, inquiry, complaint and grievances.
  • Administers personnel recruitment, selection, hiring, termination, and personnel movement of the company.
  • Administer Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and government mandated Benefits such as SS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig.
  • Supervises clinic, medical services, health and safety program of the company.
  • Assists and support Department Managers and employees regarding personnel issues; and maintain personnel records in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirement.
  • Assists Department Managers with employee reviews and performance appraisals.
  • Administers employee conflict resolution & management and conducts exit interviews.
  • Represent the Company in any court hearings, conferences and meetings.
  • Represent the management in any Labor Management Counsel (LMC) and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in business, HR, social sciences or related field; MSc/MA/MBA or relevant certification is a plus;
  • At least 8 years of HR experience, with managerial capacity;

· Familiar with the Labor code, applicable law, and government policies.

  • Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, etc.) and able to use metrics and analytics;
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Systems (including payroll systems and ATS), and databases;
  • People-oriented and results-driven, able to foster healthy employee relations;
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation, and public speaking skills;
  • Self-motivated, well-organized with excellent leadership qualities, and capable of working independently;
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
  • Proven experience in managing factory unions is a plus;
  • Good team player, regularly contributing to group activities;
  • Proactive, tactful, forward-thinking, responsive, and passionate about the job with the desire to develop subordinates;
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written is a must;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP Systems;
