  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Align facility services and performance with business goals by working closely with various org units, IT, Security and vendors
  • Ensure all operational, environmental, and regulatory reporting is completed and partner with HR on health and safety programs
  • Create and maintain an engaging workplace culture through events and initiatives
  • Oversee daily facilities services, managing operations within budget through strategic relationships with service providers
  • Drive innovative initiatives for emerging technologies to showcase the company and/or conglomerate products and enhance overall employee experience
  • Forecast and anticipate physical space requirements as articulated by business leaders
  • Implement continuous process improvement programs and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Support facilities engineering and implement strategic initiatives to optimize assets and building systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management, Design, or related field
  • 5+ years in a digital/tech organization or a multinational corporate environment
  • Knowledge of supplier protocols, financial analysis, budget processes, contract administration, procurement principles, and best practices in implementation and service provider relationships
  • Strategic and execution-level planning skills to present options and recommendations effectively
  • Knowledge of smart building technologies and IoT systems
  • Background in space planning and workplace design
