  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Management Specialist at Property Company of Friends, Inc. based in Mandaluyong and Cavite. The role will be responsible for employee engagement, training & development, performance management, succession planning, and talent management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Exposure with

  • Employee Engagement and Succession Planning skills, Training & Development, and Performance Management
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
