Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated digital solutions support specialist to lead the support function for our B2B, B2C websites, and digital applications portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and resolving front-end and back-end issues through your demonstrated experience in web application support.

Role & Responsibilities

Monitor Compliance and Perform Regular Activities:

  • Work under the ISS directives to monitor compliance on both patching and anti-virus management, investigate and implement solutions for non-compliance.
  • Perform regular patching and anti-virus management activities, including but not limited to:
  • Antivirus console account management
  • Policy management
  • Threat prevention setup
  • Patch management tasks (identifying, testing, and deploying patches)
  • Testing new software releases for compatibility

Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:

  • Basic troubleshooting and implementation of solutions in conjunction with vendor and third-party support within the applicable technology platform.
  • Address vulnerabilities found in the OS of both servers and workstations related to patching and anti-virus.

Process Improvement and Documentation:

  • Recommend and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system in upgrading/patching.
  • Develop and document technical processes and procedures.
  • Adhere to strict Information Systems security guidelines.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Comply and be proactive with the ITSM processes lifecycle & SLA standards.
  • Drive resolving/addressing low compliance (not simply reporting but addressing low compliance)
  • Comply with KPI Reporting on an agreed interval.
