Job Description
Ensure accuracy and completeness of information and documentary requirements for turn in and loan booking.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the timely conversion of approved loan to actual booking by proper coordination with clients in the compliance of pre-booking loan requirements.
- Conducting thorough review of loan documents, checking the accuracy of loan documents versus approved loan terms and conditions, and coordination with CBG Loans Administration in the final review of loan documents, to effect loan booking.
- Meet the monthly target of set by the Team Leaders, on number of turn ins and booked accounts.
- Ensure that all documents of approved SME Loans account are properly documented.
- Promote good business relationships with clients by providing them excellent customer service, in all SME Loans concerns.
Qualifications
- Must be a bachelor’s degree holder.
- At least 2 years of experience in Consumer Lending, preferably as Document Reviewer
- Willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
