  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview: 1Vision is seeking a qualified candidate to assist with our growing e-commerce and fulfillment programs. We are looking for someone who picks up on new software quickly and isn’t afraid to take on new challenges.

Job Summary: Responsible for developing a working knowledge of the e-commerce platform and backend fulfillment system. Assist with setting up new programs, maintaining existing programs, and providing backup support in the warehouse wherever needed. Handle day-to-day customer service requests such as updating user passwords, adjusting order increments, updating product descriptions, etc.

Duties:
· Learn day-to-day portal management including, but not limited to:
o Creating & uploading thumbnails
o Creating new static or dynamic items with appropriate settings for the specific client
o Adding, deactivating, and updating portal users
o Managing approval settings for various user groups
o Running back-end reports for one-off client requests
o Responding to clients’ order status inquiries
o Managing bulk order imports
o Release orders to production
o Manage returned orders and expected inventory arrival
· Learn back-end fulfillment system
o Adding new products
o Setting up price-lists
· Assist with warehouse communication for special projects

Required Skills:
· Experience working directly with clients
· Experience with and basic understanding of commercial printing and/or fulfillment
· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to excel in a team as well as work independently
· Not afraid to ask questions and engage the team for client solutions
· Ability to pick up on new software quickly
· High attention to detail with data entry tasks
· Ability to stay organized and set priorities with multiple projects
· 2-3 years’ experience with Excel, Photoshop, & e-commerce platforms.
· Candidates with XMPie uCreate, uProduce, or uStore experience will be considered first
