Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle invoicing, payments, and liaise with customers and suppliers
  • Escalates customers disputes or enquiries to relevant departments and ensure proper follow up
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices for our SaaS and GPS tracking services.
  • Ensure timely delivery of invoices to clients.
  • Review and verify billing data to ensure accuracy before processing.
  • Resolve any discrepancies in billing information promptly.
  • Update and maintain detailed records of customer billing accounts.
  • Manage recurring billing cycles and subscription renewals.
  • Address and resolve customer billing questions and issues efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of billing-related financial reports.
  • Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Continuously improve billing processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of any Accounting / Business Admin course
  • Efficient with good skills on implementing standard procedures
  • With minimum 2 years of experience in Billing or equivalent.
  • Can work onsite in Makati City, Philippines
