How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Ensure on-track preparation of timesheets for invoicing and Metrobank Payroll Plus
  • Accurately record and manage financial transactions
  • Prepare financial statements, budget reports, and other financial documents
  • Process payments for vendors and suppliers
  • Monitor cash advance liquidation
  • Update Live Revolving Fund Report
  • Maintain the systematic filing of vouchers and other documents
  • Monitor company expenses to assess whether they are within budget and properly documented
  • Validate the accuracy of the total time worked by employees
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Handle various administrative duties to support the Finance Department's smooth operation


What You Must Possess

  • Bachelors degree and experience working in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Ability to complete tasks independently and with a team
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information
