Job Description: Creative Designer (Digital & Print Media)

Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and versatile Creative Designer to join our team, responsible for executing high-quality design work across a variety of digital and print media channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in layout and production design, working across web, email, social media, motion graphics, events, corporate reports, and more. The Creative Designer will ensure all materials are on-brand, creatively executed, and delivered on time, while adhering to established timelines and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce on-brand digital and print materials, including:
  • Web and landing pages
  • Email campaigns
  • Iconography and infographics
  • Motion graphics and animation
  • Organic social and paid media visuals
  • Event branding and collateral
  • Corporate reports and presentations
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure design solutions meet project objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Manage creative tasks from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery of assets within project deadlines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, events, and content.
  • Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized across different platforms (desktop, mobile, etc.).
  • Maintain consistent design aesthetics and quality control across all outputs.
  • Use Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator), and other design tools to create high-quality designs.
  • Update and manage design assets in collaboration with the project management team via Workfront.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using Microsoft Office tools (Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience in designing for both digital (web, email, social media) and print media (flyers, brochures, event materials).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation for video content is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of design quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a creative design role, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
  • Knowledge of Workfront or other project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience designing for social media, web, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with branding and maintaining consistency across all design materials.
