Purpose of Role
This role is responsible for running on a weekly and monthly basis IBP-Demand Review meetings to align a consensus plan with Sales, Marketing and Finance. It is also responsible for managing any overlays to the baseline volume driven by new product introductions, promotions, price elasticity reflection and any other commercial activity that may affect demand.
About The Role
This role will own the end-to-end IBP process in the {Philippines market and is accountable for the forecast performance to achieve agreed upon targets. And find continuous improvement opportunities along the planning.
While responsible for IBP side of Planning, IBP Lead needs to ensure a balance on all aspects and trade-offs of supply, including collaboration with supply on right inventory levels and minimizing out of stocks, whilst delivering a responsive supply chain that fulfils Sales forecasts with key stakeholders in the markets.
This role would also involve partnering on improving process and capabilities in the market to fully leverage IBP framework for Diageo.

- Lead Demand Planning Process - Overlay of Promotions and Market Intelligence
- Collaborate/Drive Demand and Supply integration with stakeholders
- Generate & Improve 18months rolling statistical and longer-term base forecast
- Develop Value Add Analysis to drive improved forecast performance
- Support & Influence decision making with data intelligence

Run & Improve the S&OP/IBP process in the Market
- Lead the generation & alignment of the 18-24 month rolling demand plan on SKU/Location level in weekly and monthly buckets
- Facilitate monthly S&OP/IBP process and weekly S&OE meetings
- Collaborate with Innovation, Commercial, marketing for new products introduction
- Drive value discussion, scenario planning for promotions/ innovations/ major event and O&Rs w stakeholders
- Improve maturity of S&OP/IBP Process
- Analyze & manage volume & overlays assumptions with cross functional teams
- Ensure solid assumptions build based on historical trends or key stakeholders' input into the forecast
- Conduct root cause analysis, corrective action to drive continuous improvement
- Drives demand and supply integration, supply trade-off and alignment
- Communicate critical changes and supply constraints
- Escalate necessary/significant issue for quick resolution
- Work as SLOB Avoidance/Reduction contact for the market and help to drive SLOBs
- Maintain system/ tools' Master data and keep regular parameter centerline.
- Run and maintain the forecasting tool/ system for rolling statistical and base forecast
- Analyze outliers/Trend to generate key insights to stakeholders and continuously make corrections.
- Collaborate scenario planning
- Run analysis to maximize the use of statistical and base forecast.
- Support system/automate tools/analytics developments
Skills and Capabilities
- Good knowledge, management and coordination of S&OP/IBP process
- Baseline understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes; Supply Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Inventory Planning, Conversion, Logistics, Procurement and Customer Service
- Excellent analytical, organizational and decision-making skills
- Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills; able to manage multiply stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and manage tension in S&OP/IBP DR/MBR conversations.
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.
- Detailed understanding of end-to-end supply chain operational processes within Diageo e.g. IBP, DRP, MPS, inventory, conversion, logistics and customer service.
- Proficient in MS applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Power BI
- Previous experience working with SAP APO is preferred; however, experience with similar planning tools will be considered
- 8+ years in Supply Chain planning experience (Demand Planning mostly or in latest 3y, Supply Planning, Material Planning), including significant experience managing S&OP /IBP process.
- Proven strong track record of influencing and partnering with key stakeholders
- Any Project Management experience is also preferred.
- Prior experience leading and embedding S&OP/IBP best practice ways of working
- High degree of quantitative and analytical skills.
- Degree or equivalent in appropriate supply chain, mathematical, engineering, or business degree.
- APICS CPIM / CSCP or equivalent desirable.
