One of the largest healthcare BPO companies in the Philippines is currently looking to strengthen their operations as they are looking for an Operations Manager for a US-based healthcare BPO account.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for meeting team metrics and goals.
  • Accountable for completion of team’s tasks and assignments.
  • Accountable for team’s adherence to standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines as well as identifying gaps in processes.
  • Responsible for escalation of out of compliance, policy or complex issues
  • Maintain a high level of client service execution
  • Accountable for multiple client business rules
  • Accountable for dividing tasks between team members to ensure accurate and timely task management is met.
  • Accountable for knowledge of client team rules and expectations.
  • Responsible for exceptional database knowledge.
  • Communication internally and globally with other Supervisors and Managers.
  • Supervisor staff in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments, employee training, time off calendars, overtime assignments, and back up for absentee employees.
  • Schedule and conduct staff meetings
  • Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
  • Establish employee goals, conduct performance reviews, coaching and provide career development advice.

Qualifications

  • Prior Operations Management experience for a healthcare BPO account.
  • Amenable to work on-site on a night shift schedule in Ortigas, Pasig City.
