- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, processing of claims, generation of invoices, and client record preparation.
- Assist with the general overflow of responsibilities around the office.
- Have attention to detail and accuracy to ensure client records are maintained and up to date.
- Respond to internal and client queries in relation to NDIS plans and payments.
- Other lawful duties as requested by the client.
- Duties include duties commensurate with the position and your experience, training, and qualifications which may reasonably require you to perform for client.
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in doing Accounts Payable
- Must come from a financial background and has excellent numeracy skills
- General IT capabilities would be advantageous
- Familiar with the Office suite of products and have previous data entry/accounts experience
- Great attention to detail and accuracy are a must
- Comfortable following up queries with participants and providers alike via telephone and email.
