Summary Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales and Customer Service Executive located in Pasig with flexibility for remote work. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and overseeing customer service operations on a daily basis.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of existing key accounts, establish solid working relationships with key clients in target market, aimed at developing and growing term contract business and building Intertek brand awareness.
- Manage all aspects of the customer relationship, contribute to new clients and business development, customer care in high quality.
- Liaise with current customers on a regular basis to ensure that they continue to be satisfied with GTS service.
- Resolve customer issues whilst working within the parameters of company processes and procedures, balancing cost of service vs. customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to promote Intertek’s Value Proposition as a means of avoiding further service issues whilst maximizing benefits to business.
- Update clients with latest procedures, requirements, policy, etc.
- Coordination with the lab for testing of samples, if required as advised by the Technical Reviewer.
- Coordination with the Client to schedule of Inspection.
- Responsible for ensuring that the information reflected in the certificates issued are accurate.
- Answer all phone call, reply to all emails, and handle new inquiry in the same day
- Abide by Code of Ethics and policies and Procedures.

- Experience in sales and customer service roles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
