In this role, you’ll serve as the primary contact for clients, building lasting relationships, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring all client tasks are completed on schedule. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in digital marketing, experience with Google business products, and CRM management. Experience with Go High-Level CRM software is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
Coordinate and monitor all client deliverables, ensuring tasks are executed accurately and promptly.
Conduct regular client check-ins to discuss progress, address questions, and offer strategic insights.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, strategies, and tasks in our CRM system.
Collaborate with both US-based and Philippine teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Work aligned with the US Central Time Zone, with some flexibility for personal commitments.
Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear, understandable English.
Proven experience in account management, client service, or a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing concepts, Google business products, and CRM software.
Familiarity with Go High-Level CRM software is a significant advantage.
Ability to build and nurture positive, professional relationships with clients and tea m me mbers.
