We are seeking a driven and motivated Recruiter to work remotely in the Philippines in support of our US operation. The ideal candidate will be experienced in high-volume recruiting and comfortable with cold calling candidates, following established recruitment processes and adhering to performance metrics.

This is a work-from-home position, but you must be able to work during New York business hours (Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm ET) and have fluent proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for open roles in various industries
  • Adhere to performance metrics, including number of daily calls, submissions, and placements
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Collaborate with sales director and colleagues to meet hiring goals
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of candidate conversations and interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers through the interview and placement process

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a recruiting or staffing role, with emphasis on cold calling candidates
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work New York business hours (Eastern Time Zone)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a staffing agency
  • Familiarity with different recruitment channels and platforms
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruiting, working multiple openings at once with a focus on quality candidates.
