ABOUT YOU:

Are you an experienced, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist looking to join our dynamic marketing team? You will focus on purchasing and optimizing media buy performance to meet strict Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals. You will collaborate with an experienced global team in Metro Manila, USA, and Canada.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop digital marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and target audience preferences.
  • Create, monitor and manage Google ad accounts and make changes or suggest changes as necessary.
  • Create, monitor, and manage Facebook ads using content created by the marketing team.
  • Presenting ongoing reporting and analytics and providing guidance for program optimization.
  • Conduct digital marketing audits and analyses to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging across all channels and campaigns.
  • Assist in cross department initiatives involving digital tools and platforms.
  • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Proven professional experience in running campaigns in Google Ads.
  • Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns.
  • Familiarity with different keyword targeting options as well as negative keywords.
  • Create and optimize ad campaigns for high quality scores while measuring effectiveness.
  • Optimize paid search landing pages.
  • Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and GA 4, experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.
  • Reporting of campaign results.
  • Collaborate with a team of marketers.
  • Interest in Internet marketing, knowledge of current trends.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Goal-oriented and positive attitude.
