The ideal candidate is highly familiar with Reddit’s platform, understands subreddit rules, and can create engaging content that resonates with different communities.

Key Responsibilities
Reddit Account Management
Create and maintain Reddit accounts.
Regularly monitor account health (e.g., check for shadowbans or negative feedback).
Content Creation & Posting
Research relevant subreddits for content opportunities.
Create engaging posts tailored to each subreddit’s audience, including memes, questions, and discussion threads.
Follow a posting schedule
Subreddit Engagement & Moderation
Engage with subreddit communities by responding to comments and participating in discussions.
Monitor subreddit rules and ensure all posts comply with community guidelines.
Identify subreddits where promotional content is allowed and avoid those with strict moderation policies.
Posting on Brand Owned Social Media
You will also post content on related social media account to the business

Requirements
1. Strong familiarity with Reddit: Must understand how Reddit works, including its community culture, subreddit rules, karma system, and posting guidelines.
2. Experience with Reddit account management: Previous experience managing multiple Reddit accounts is preferred.
3. Exceptional written communication skills: Ability to craft engaging posts and comments that resonate with different audiences.
4. Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while keeping track of karma growth, posting schedules, and engagement metrics.
5. Attention to detail: Must be able to follow subreddit rules closely to avoid bans or shadowbans.
6. Proactive mindset: Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
7. Experience as a Reddit moderator or community manager is a plus.
8. Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT for content generation.
