Job Overview:

As a Construction Manager at Fruitas Holdings, you’ll lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This role requires expertise in design, budgeting, and project management, alongside a dedication to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end construction projects, from design through to completion, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and manage on-site quality control
• Prepare regular reports on project status, including progress, costs, and any necessary adjustments

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction management, specifically in plant and/or building construction
• Strong experience in design, budgeting, and overseeing construction phases
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred
