About The Role

For this role we are only considering applicants located within the Philippines who would work 100% remote and engage with us on an ongoing 12 month contract basis.

This Senior Customer Success Specialist role will join an existing team within idibu, where you will be managing a selection of our Enterprise/Recruitment agencies within Australia and New Zealand, with some located throughout Asia - driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Senior Manager - Customer Success and Support covering a range of idibu SaaS products, you will be responsible for:

Product Knowledge: You will be able to easily learn and pick up an expert understanding of all products in the Compono portfolio to demonstrate strong product and business expertise of Compono’s product suite.

Customer Care: Provide quality first point of contact for customers who are utilising Compono products and assist them in getting the maximum out of the products and programs.

Tooling and Integrations knowledge: Understand high level technologies that impact the usage of Compono products and help to interpret feedback from the Customer.

Expand Usage: Work with the Customers to identify other areas of their business that could use Compono products and programs, with a focus on expanding their usage. Liaise with relevant sales people to communicate upsell opportunities.

Customer relationship: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Working closely with the Customer to understand their business, how they intend to use the Compono suite of products, to ensure the customer meets their business goals.

Onboarding and Reporting: Responsible for hosting onboarding sessions with our customers post sales process. Providing accurate reporting to our clients on their usage and other insights.

About You

We are looking for a strong communicator with a business mindset and commercial acumen to have successful client conversations about contract renewals, costs and return on investment.

You will be in your element in a fast paced, agile environment, where you can help out wherever you can and have the ability to contribute to continuous process improvements.

To Help You Achieve This, You Will Have

  • 2-5 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management position
  • Experience and strong knowledge of a SaaS based environment
  • Background in recruitment is advantageous
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to learn various technology applications
  • B2B and B2C experience
  • Customer focused with ability to engage with clients and achieve mutual goals
  • Experience building relationships and partnerships with key decision makers
  • Ability to identify gaps and opportunities to upsell to existing customers
  • Proven strength in writing quality business documentation
  • An autonomous person who can be self motivated and committed to getting the job done.
  • A can-do attitude.
