Capability Building and Program Management
- Analyze: Conduct needs assessments and baseline evaluations to identify digital skills gaps. Analyze the current state and generate actionable insights and reports for capability development.
- Design: Collaborate with SMEs to design and manage capability-building programs, including certification pathways, content curation, and training plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop: Plan and execute surveys, interviews, and assessments to define specific training needs. Develop role-specific training and certification plans in coordination with stakeholders and vendors.
- Implement: Lead and manage programs including specifying program content, prerequisites, and training requirements to align with objectives, strategy and participant needs based on the program design
- Evaluate: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of programs, using data to drive continuous improvement. Implement and maintain a skills and competency framework to support long-term capability goals. Report progress and provide insights to senior leadership for strategic planning.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management
- Identify and evaluate training and certification providers, ensuring their offerings align with organizational goals and budget requirements.
- Establish clear selection criteria and manage relationships with external vendors, including instructors, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Negotiate with vendors on training schedules, content, and costs, and manage contracts to ensure full utilization before expiration.
- Communicate with participants and vendors to schedule training, share key updates, and ensure smooth program execution.
- Provide feedback and performance evaluations for training providers and instructors, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in capability-building, learning and development, or organizational development.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, generate insights, and develop strategic recommendations.
- Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating training programs, managing vendors, and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and facilitate training sessions effectively.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in digital skills training and development.
- Experience in managing procurement processes and contracts with external vendors.
