JOB SUMMARY:
The Credit Card Rewards and Product Optimizations Manager is tasked to oversee the strategic development and financial performance of our credit card products. This role will be pivotal in enhancing rewards programs, refining product features, and driving profitability through data analysis and market insights.
Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategies for credit card rewards program that enhance customer satisfaction and align with market trends, but at the same time promote profitability and efficiency for the bank.
P&L Management:
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of rewards program and all credit card variants, focusing on revenue generation, cost control, overall profitability and strategic contribution to the long-term plans of the business.
- Utilize financial models and analytics to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for optimization, and drive improvements in key performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on product performance, financial metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Market Insights:
- Leverage on market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy development and execution, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and attractive to meet our customer’s evolving needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, risk management, compliance, IT, and other cross functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives and enhancements.
Innovation and Technology Integration
- Drive the integration of new technologies to enhance credit card rewards program offerings and customer experience as needed.
