What will your role be:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored to the Philippines market.
- Identify key trends and insights to inform campaign direction and execution.
Influencer Identification and Outreach:
- Research and identify relevant influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, social media, PR) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Social Media Account Management:
- Oversee and manage the company’s social media accounts, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with our audience and promotes influencer collaborations.
- Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to optimize content strategy and increase brand visibility.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Budget Management:
- Manage influencer marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
What an ideal candidate means to us:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- at least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related role, preferably within the Philippines market.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer dynamics in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Passion for the brand and a creative approach to influencer partnerships.
- Proficiency in English and Filipino (Tagalog) is required; additional local dialects are a plus.
