What will your role be:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored to the Philippines market.
  • Identify key trends and insights to inform campaign direction and execution.

Influencer Identification and Outreach:

  • Research and identify relevant influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, social media, PR) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

Social Media Account Management:

  • Oversee and manage the company’s social media accounts, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with our audience and promotes influencer collaborations.
  • Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to optimize content strategy and increase brand visibility.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Budget Management:

  • Manage influencer marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

Stay Updated:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.

What an ideal candidate means to us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • at least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related role, preferably within the Philippines market.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer dynamics in the Philippines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
  • Passion for the brand and a creative approach to influencer partnerships.
  • Proficiency in English and Filipino (Tagalog) is required; additional local dialects are a plus.
