POSITION OBJECTIVE

Responsible for maintaining and monitoring all compliance needs, requirements and perform administrative functions for the compliance department.

Duties And Responsibilities

Oversees the office administrative functions

  • Assist in conducting internal quarterly retailer standard audit of sales and aftersales.
  • Maintains accurate and up to date recording of completed required online training for staff such as but not limited to mandatory, foundational and professional learner journey courses, etc.
  • Consolidate weekly sales and aftersales CEIP reports.
  • Review weekly post sales and service handover follow up call.
  • Review weekly pre-arrival contact report from service.
  • Weekly review of CXP and VISTA orderbank consistency.
  • Monthly inspection of all showroom vehicles, demo vehicles and courtesy vehicles to ensure vehicle storage and battery care compliance.
  • Monthly review of mandatory branded goods and accessories on display.
  • Prepares and route approved pre-owned handover documents.
  • Monthly review all TAs raised by the workshop in adherence to the guidelines set by JLR.
  • Ensure monthly completion of HSE KPIs for JLR.
  • Maintains filing system, including archiving when necessary.
  • Maintains follow up system; this includes follow up on action items for JLR.
  • Assist Compliance Manager in other JLR related activities as may be required from time to time.

Works as a full member of the Dealership team

  • Works with colleagues across the Dealership to achieve team objectives
  • Understands and follows JLR operational guidelines
  • Maintains a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all times
  • Uses feedback to improve own skills and performance.
