As a Admin Assistant / CSR, you will:
- Process our system’s daily download, check carrier websites for necessary documents, send out template emails for notice of cancellations, audit accounts in our management system, request and track loss runs, general customer service, assist coworkers with tasks as needed
Non-negotiables
- General knowledge of commercial and personal insurance. Experience with HawkSoft (Agency Management System) would be a huge help. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Trouble shooting and problem solving. Ability to multitask
- Experience with back-office work for an insurance agency, good use of computers, Microsoft programs, customer service.
- Hard worker, good time management, can handle a heavy workload.
