About The Role

As a PPM Support Officer, your role is part of the Investment Management & Delivery Office reporting to the PPM Support Manager on providing functional support to the project community and PPM users. The role will support administrative processes and maintenance activities and testing in PPM to facilitate the ongoing data quality uplift/management of project and governance community handling both Investment Slate and Non Investment records in PPM across different ANZ geographies.

This role is accountable for

  • Supporting administrative PPM billing activities and timesheet-related deliverables.
  • Addressing key PPM timesheet inquiries enabling project recoveries for Technology.
  • Tracking daily of PPM service requests
  • Collaborating with Project/Governance/PMO teams in managing key PPM activities to ensure adherence to established ANZ policy, procedures, project management methods and tools.
  • Collaborating with PPM Systems and Change team in addressing the needs of wider PPM user community through supporting implementation, testing and change management of PPM System updates
  • Extracting and generating PPM related reports.
  • Supporting PPM process improvement and solutions.

  • Experience in dealing with customer inquiries
  • Experience in managing/monitoring and tracking of requests
