We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Management Assistant. This role will primarily involve providing administrative support to our property management and sales team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
- Preferably with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Administrative skills and experience.
- Customer Service experience.
- Experience in CRM Software.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Organizational skills and proactive.
- Experience with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Management of databases i.e., Property Tree, REX Rental, and Sale Upload Listings.
- Marketing Property (Order brochure, signboard, and booking photoshoot).
- Receive and assist in handling repair and maintenance requests from tenants or property owners.
- Coordinate with contractors or maintenance personnel to schedule and oversee repairs in a timely manner.
- Monitor tenant accounts for arrears and assist in following up with tenants to ensure timely payment of rent.
- Coordinate with the property management team to address any outstanding payment issues.
- Respond to property management email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide information and assistance to current and prospective tenants as needed.
- Attending reception calls and ad hoc tasks from time to time as required.
