We wish to hire a Virtual assistant to help with HR duties and recruiting.
The perfect candidate will be great at multitasking and very organized. We are looking for someone who is ready to jump in and help our company grow. A great fit for us would be someone who is a quick learner and great with Microsoft applications.
Job responsibilities may include:
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, and terminating.
Ensuring all paperwork is completed and processed.
Reviewing Excel files and documents for accurate information.
Data entry for all employees and store locations.
Email ing and creating excel sheets and documents.
Se nding pre-typed mass messages.
Recruiting new employees for our company.
Any additional projects as needed.
Requirements:
MUST have prior experience as Virtual Assistant.
MUST be able to work 9am-5pm EST hours Monday through Friday
Must be highly proficient with Excel
Must have verbal and written communication skills (English language)
Must have attention to detail and be organized
