Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Leads or leverages cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage projects for key business processes.
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Reviews the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
- Applies Continuous Improvement methodologies and Lean Sigma principles to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Utilizes advanced problem-solving techniques to address complex project challenges and drive sustainable solutions.
- Requires mastery-level knowledge of specialty area and working knowledge of several other areas, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- May have deep knowledge of project management.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Sigma, and advanced problem-solving techniques.
