We are looking for an HR and Admin Manager to join us in building the company, and manage day to day operations of our co-working space and startup incubator. We are looking for someone with a fun and friendly personality, passion for startups, and a keen interest in developing people, community building, and relationship management.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end talent acquisition process from job description drafting to sourcing, offer, and onboarding
  • Ensure timely and efficient execution of all timekeeping and leave management activities for both internal use and client HR operations
  • Organize and manage company files and directories across all appropriate tools and platforms
  • Assist in efficient execution of defined SOPs across HR, admin, and finance functions
  • Support procurement efforts and coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth office/onsite operations

Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, management, or entrepreneurship preferred
  • Previous experience in an HR, admin, and/or finance role preferably in a startup work environment
  • Preferably with experience using timekeeping, leave management, and/or HRIS tools as an administrator
  • Familiarity with legal documents and processes in relation to labor law, SSS/Philhealth/Pag-ibig and DOLE regulations is a distinct advantage
  • Resourceful, passionate, and driven to learn and overcome any obstacles
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Can speak and write English fluently

Requirements

  • Hybrid set up with at least 3x/week onsite at our Makati co-working space
  • Operating hours: 9:00-6:00 PM on weekdays
