As a Lead Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to airline operations.
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
- Ensure that business requirements align with the overall business strategy and objectives.
2. Technical Specification:
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications that can be understood by development teams.
- Work closely with architects and developers to ensure the feasibility and practicality of proposed solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of technical specifications and system architecture.
3. Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects related to airline operations.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with project managers and team members.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test cases and ensure that the developed solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented systems to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
5. Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
