Key Responsibilities
- Embody our brand identity in every customer interaction by adopting Strikingly’s unique voice and tone.
- Create memorable experiences through outstanding customer service for both new and existing customers via diverse channels (email, chat, social media).
- Translate our product offerings and customer communications, such as newsletters and lifecycle emails, into Chinese.
- Acquire and demonstrate expertise in our product and internal software to assist customers effectively.
- Foster an atmosphere of positivity and happiness in all customer and team interactions.
- Professional proficiency in both Chinese and English communication.
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping individuals with varying learning styles.
- Strong desire for continuous learning, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills.
- Previous customer service experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency with a desktop computer (minimum 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or higher).
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 20Mbps).
- Proven experience in customer service within a fast-paced setting.
- Availability to commit to full-time work (40 hours per week).
