About The Job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting outreach efforts through various digital platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in sales development, excellent writing skills, and a background in tools like HubSpot and Apollo.io. Ideally, we are looking for female candidates to add diverse representation to our team.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound email and LinkedIn outreach sequences to generate leads and schedule meetings
  • Collect emails, manage contact lists, and handle outreach efforts primarily through HubSpot, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Schedule meetings for sales executives and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects
  • Follow up on email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Manage and cleanse HubSpot data to ensure accurate information across all sales efforts
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and outreach techniques

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in a similar BDR, lead generation, or sales development role
  • Strong background in HubSpot, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Excellent written English with proven experience crafting outreach messages that convert
  • Experience managing CRM data and sales operations is a plus
  • Fluent English with a clear, limited accent for occasional cold calling
  • Prior experience scheduling meetings and managing outreach for SaaS clients
