Duties And Responsibilities
- Execute outbound email and LinkedIn outreach sequences to generate leads and schedule meetings
- Collect emails, manage contact lists, and handle outreach efforts primarily through HubSpot, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Schedule meetings for sales executives and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects
- Follow up on email and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage and cleanse HubSpot data to ensure accurate information across all sales efforts
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and outreach techniques
- 1-3 years in a similar BDR, lead generation, or sales development role
- Strong background in HubSpot, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent written English with proven experience crafting outreach messages that convert
- Experience managing CRM data and sales operations is a plus
- Fluent English with a clear, limited accent for occasional cold calling
- Prior experience scheduling meetings and managing outreach for SaaS clients
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude toward lead generation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
