About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join our dynamic team, supporting essential logistics and supply chain activities. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, connecting our clients to the materials they need and enabling seamless communication throughout the process. As a CSO, you will handle administrative tasks that are essential to our distribution workflow, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Process customer orders accurately, monitor order status, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage delivery schedules, oversee inventory tracking, and collaborate with logistics teams or third-party providers for efficient distribution.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries and updates, addressing issues or complaints with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare essential documents like shipping forms, invoices, and purchase orders, while maintaining detailed and accurate records.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, supply chain, and administrative teams to understand customer requirements and support timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain administration is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
