About Us & What We Need
We are a full-service accounting firm that focuses on clients in the home care industry. We are
experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a lead accountant to handle our more complex
client accounts.
The ideal candidate will have accounting, financial reporting and financial planning and analysis
experience. Prior experience supervising teams of at least 2 is required. Public accounting experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience
handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
We encourage curiosity. Sometimes we know the answer, sometimes we don’t. What’s most
important is asking a question if we need help finding it.

and having a bit of fun while doing it.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily oversight to a team of 2-3 staff accountants. Checking for bank feed completion, correct categorization of bank transactions and accounting entries.
Month end variance analysis to identify areas that need additional research or adjustment.
Finalizing month end books.

Knowledge of Quickbooks Online
Proficient in Excel
Attention to detail
Team player attitude
Curious mind
Prior management experience
CPA or CA preferred.
Prior experience in the home care or elder care industry preferred
Starting salary is $1,500 with potential to increase to $1,800 per month after demonstrated success in the role.
