  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Manager at BEST. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruiters and hiring process for a US market. They will also collaborate with hiring managers, oversee job postings, and ensure compliance with US employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Five years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition (US Market mandatory)
  • Two years of experience supervising recruiters in charge of US market
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, in particular Indeed & ZipRecruiter
  • Experience creating and managing reports for upper management
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Amenable to accept virtual remote work contractor agreement and with own computer/laptop
