As Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer Consultant (Manager / AVP), you will focus on ensuring that company’s core IT infrastructure is robust, secure and scalable with a particular emphasis on managing and optimizing Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, PKI and Exchange Online.

Responsibilities:

Engineering & Implementation:

• Design, deploy, and maintain Hybrid Active Directory infrastructure, including Domain Controllers, Group Policies, and Entra ID integration.

• Architect and manage messaging platforms using Exchange Online and AWS SES.

• Oversee the design and security hardening of DNS infrastructure (Active Directory and AWS Route 53).

• Lead the deployment and maintenance of Enterprise PKI infrastructure.

• Optimize Entra ID and its IdP features, ensuring smooth and secure functionality.

• Manage and harden Windows Server products.

• Support the migration of on-premise infrastructure to AWS cloud services.

Automation & Optimization:

• Develop automation scripts and tools, primarily in PowerShell and Service-Now, to streamline infrastructure management.

• Identify and implement automation opportunities to boost efficiency.

• Deploy automated monitoring solutions for proactive issue identification and resolution.

Support & Collaboration:

• Provide second and third-level support for infrastructure-related incidents and requests.

• Collaborate with IT, network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related

Experience: 7+ years in IT infrastructure engineering, ideally within financial services or an international setting.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Windows Server OS management, deployment, hardening, and troubleshooting.

• Strong knowledge of VMWare vSphere and PKI infrastructure.

• Solid understanding of networking and security concepts.

• Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL best practices.

Additional Skills:

• Strong project management and complex problem-solving abilities.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

• Relevant industry certifications (AWS, Terraform, GitLab) are a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

• Experience with Relational Database Services (SQL).

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Kanban).

• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
