  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients have a smooth and successful experience with their new software. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and managing client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data migration and management: Assisting with importing and exporting data between different systems (e.g., matching Excel sheets, cleansing data).
• Software configuration and troubleshooting: Investigating and resolving client issues with their software, including researching functionality, identifying workarounds, and escalating issues to software providers when necessary.
• Project management and client communication: Managing client projects, tracking progress, and communicating effectively with clients through various channels (e.g., email , phone, video conferencing).
• Documentation and organization: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and project details within our project management system ( Monday.com ).

Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with project management tools ( Monday.com experience is a plus).
