What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • Prior experience working with an Australian based company
  • Prior experience in the recruitment industry (Permanent or Locum)
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and data entry
  • Proficiency in using online platforms and databases.

What will you do?

  • Regularly update and maintain job listings and candidate information on our website.
  • Assist with reviewing, editing, and updating job postings as role requirements change.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process for locum placements, including assisting with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Maintain communication with locum doctors and clients to confirm availability, schedules, and placement details.
  • Assist with onboarding locum candidates by collecting required documentation and ensuring compliance.
  • Monitor locum contracts, extensions, and end dates to ensure smooth transitions between placements.
  • Keep accurate records of locum placements and resolve any issues during placements to ensure positive experiences.
  • Liaise with candidates and clients to provide job details, schedule interviews, and manage communications.
  • Conduct online checks of candidates' backgrounds and qualifications to ensure compliance.
  • Provide personal administrative assistance to business directors, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
