Position Overview:
A detail-oriented and proactive Gusto Payroll and QuickBooks Specialist to support our insurance operations. You would be responsible for supporting various financial and administrative functions to ensure accurate financial reporting, payroll processing, and compliance with regulations.
•Work from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday PST.
•Assist in the processing of Payroll and Maintaining Payroll Records. Assist in Maintaining Financial Records.
•Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive payroll and financial information.
•Assist in Budgeting, Forecasting, Month-End and Year-End Close Processes.
•Assist in processing Accounts Payable and Receivable.
•Data Entry and bookkeeping.
•Maintain organized digital files for client records, policies, and correspondence.
•Conduct data entry tasks and update client databases regularly.
•Insurance Commission Entry and Reconciliation: Accurately enter commission data from various carriers, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure timely updates to financial records. Work closely with the commission department to verify all •records align with expected figures and resolve any discrepancies.
•All other duties that may not be listed but may be related to completing tasks.
