Salary: $1800 - $2200/month
A dynamic leader in behavioral health services specializing in ABA therapy is seeking a Data Entry Specialist. Focused on providing exceptional support for individuals in the metro Atlanta area, this innovative company is known for its commitment to impactful client outcomes.
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various operational functions. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the implementation and tracking of monthly KPI packages, developing templates for bonus calculations, and creating detailed attendance reports. Additionally, you will contribute to the accurate classification of Amazon orders and provide support in setting up business licenses and renewing insurance policies. Your meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in data management will ensure the smooth operation and compliance of essential business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist with compiling monthly KPI packages for the Executive and Clinical Teams.
*Create monthly templates for payroll bonuses, deductions, and other adjustments.
*Build and maintain weekly and monthly attendance reports for each center.
*Perform monthly classification of Amazon orders.
*Assist with setting up new business licenses and renewing insurance policies.
*Generate monthly reports using Central Reach and UKG, and support staff requests in UKG.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related role.
*Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
*Ability to organize and analyze data effectively.
*Basic understanding or interest in Accounting and Payroll processes.
*Familiarity with reporting tools or systems like Central Reach and UKG (preferred but not required).
*Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
*Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
