We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our operations in managing people, ensuring quality control, and maintaining smooth workflow processes. Key Responsibilities:

Attendance Management: Monitor and track employee attendance, ensuring accurate records and reports.
Quality Control: Ensure that operational standards are being met, implement checks to maintain quality, and report any discrepancies.
Coaching and Support: Assist in the development and coaching of tea m me mbers to improve performance and meet departmental goals.
People Management: Coordinate and support team activities, assist with scheduling, and ensure efficient workflow.
Administrative Tasks: Use Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting. Assist in managing tasks through CRM systems to ensure effective communication and task execution.

Requirement :

Educational Background: College graduate of a related course such as BS in Business Administration, HR Management, or similar field.
Experience: Previous experience in administrative support or operations is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM systems (experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc., is a plus).
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Attributes: Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
