The Recruiter/HR Generalist at GC Realty will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR file maintenance. They will lead efforts to source and acquire top talent from a local and global labor pool using effective marketing and outreach strategies. This role involves keeping hiring managers focused on their needs and ensuring the process aligns with company goals. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills to support our growing team and ensure a positive employee experience.

What You Get:

-Hourly - $8.00-$12.00(USD) Paid Weekly
-Annual Performance Bonus - Up to 10% of wages(Effective 2025 calendar year)

-Better Book Club - Up to $500 in a calendar year to read
-Paid Time Off - 10 Days(Accrued)
-Paid Birthday - 1 Day(Take during month of bday)

What You Bring:

-Have at least 2 years of experience working as a full time Recruiter
-Be able to fluently read, write, and speak English (C1 or C2 English Level)
-Own modern equipment: computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM), webcam, dual monitor and microphone
-Be able to access to a stable high-speed internet connection(lots of video)
-Have a comfortable, quiet working space
-Have full-time availability: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (CST)

What You Will Do:

-Recruitment & Hiring: Lead recruitment from job posting to onboarding, using strategies to attract top talent. Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
-Interview Process: Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and assess candidates using PI targets. Provide feedback to managers.
-Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and conduct exit interviews for insights.
-Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee smooth onboarding/offboarding
HR Administration: Maintain HR files, communicate policy changes, and implement employee appreciation.
-Communication: Engage with candidates and manage company reviews on platforms like Glassdoor.
Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
