We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team. We are a leading home service company specializing in A/C, plumbing, and pest control in Palm Beach and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in talent sourcing and will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment pipeline independently. This role requires someone who thrives in a remote setting, takes initiative, and consistently delivers results with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
-Source, attract, and screen potential candidates for various roles within the company.
-Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
-Facilitate interviews and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
-Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and talent pools.
-Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively.
Qualifications:
-1-3 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
-Proven experience in talent sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
-Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
-Strong candidate screening and interview facilitation skills.
-Ability to perform market research and stay updated on industry trends.
-Experience in negotiation and closing candidates.
-Highly resourceful and capable of managing the recruitment process independently.
-Thrives in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm EST.
