VXI is seeking a self-driven and highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and play a crucial role in driving growth for the company.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on reaching out to potential business clients, identifying their needs, and introducing our solutions. Through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach, you will qualify leads and pass them on to our sales teams for further engagement. Your ability to build relationships, understand pain points, and position our services will directly contribute to the overall success of our business development efforts.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that our lead generation efforts are efficient and effective. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospecting for New Business: Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers to generate new business leads.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify target markets.
- Outbound Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects through hyper personalized messaging to catch their attention using phone calls, emails, and social media outreach, establishing rapport and identifying business needs.
- Qualify Leads: Assess the quality of leads by determining whether the prospect meets our ideal client criteria and would benefit from our solutions.
- Schedule Meetings: Book appointments for the SVP of Sales to further engage with potential clients and close deals.
- Follow-Up: Engage in follow-up calls and communications with prospects who are interested but not immediately available to meet.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales teams to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain CRM Systems: Record and track all interactions with prospects in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to maintain accurate and up-to-date performance tracking.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed targets for lead generation, outbound calls, emails, and qualified appointments.
- Provide Feedback: Share insights gained from prospect interactions to help refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and market conditions to communicate effectively with potential clients.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume outbound cold calling or lead generation role.
- Experience working with B2B sales
- Strong sales acumen and understanding of business development processes.
- Sales enablement tool experience preferred: Salesloft, Outreach, Zoominfo
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to navigate various sales platforms.
- A results-oriented, self-motivated attitude with a passion for driving business success.
- Must be amenable to work during PH night shift / US day shift
- Must be open to remote work
