Admin Assistant - Go High Level Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled admin assistant with Go-High-Level expertise to join our team. This full-time role involves handling day to day tasks as assigned by management. In addition, a strong understanding of GoHighLevel. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of admin experience, along with at least two years of GoHighLevel experience. As an assistant, you will also be responsible for various organizational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Go-High-Level CRM, including setting up processes, automations, integrations.
- Manage client relations through Go-High-Level, ensuring smooth communication and service.
- Implement best practices for CRM structure and data organization within the real estate investing and hard money lending sectors.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Assist with general organizational tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years of experience as an admin virtual assistant
- Minimum of two years of experience with Go-High-Level.
- Proven track record of building and managing complex CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must provide references or demonstrate experience with past clients.
- This position requires Time Tracking by Hubstaff software.
